We started out exclusively as a ballet studio in 1997. Our studio now includes Adult Tap Dance Classes and Dance for Parkinson’s classes. We have a passion for dance and music and welcome all ages and levels to our studio.
There are now 3 branches under the Turning Steps umbrella. Due to the expansion of the studio and the inclusion of the Tap and Dance for Parkinson’s Classes, the need to divide the responsibilities, saw Ursula Bartolini assume the role of Principal of the ballet school — Attitudes School of Ballet, with Julie Symmonds as her co-teacher. Julie heads up the Adult Tap and Dance for Parkinson’s classes.
Encouraging and inspiring the love of Classical ballet. Attitudes School of Ballet is a professional studio with highly qualified and trained teachers.
Fun tap dance classes for adults. A super way to keep flexible and fit whilst giving the brain a good work out too! From Frank Sinatra to Michael Buble, this class promises a good time!
Our Dance for Parkinson’s classes are about movement and music. These classes are designed to enhance the well being and quality of life for those with Parkinson’s and their support bases. The essence of dance is JOY.
